Theaters warn of strobe lights in 'Incredibles 2' after viewers voice concern

Veronica writes that "Incredibles 2" is "filled with tons of strobe/flashing lights", and explained that people with photosensitive epilepsy aren't the only ones who could be affected - those who suffer from migraines, vision impairments, seizure conditions, vertigo (specifically flicker vertigo), autism, ADHD, and PTSD could also experience a reaction to the images.

As of Sunday estimates, the film looks to have made $180 million, Box Office Mojo reports.

Fans who have already seen ' Incredibles 2' movie are warning other theatre-goers of the potential epilepsy triggers caused due to the strobe lights.

Disney and Pixar's "Incredibles 2" has broken the record for the best animated opening of all time and the biggest for a PG-rated film. The movie follows the Parr family as they attempt to juggle a normal life with superhero responsibilities.

It knocked "Ocean's 8" to a distant second in its second weekend in theaters with $19.6 million.

So far the film brought in $231.5 million around the world. Directed by Gary Ross and starring Sandra Bullock among others, "Ocean's 8" follows a group of women, led by Debbie Ocean, who plan on robbing the Met Gala in NY.

"Tag", starring Jon Hamm, Jeremy Renner, Hannibal Buress, Jake Johnson, and Ed Helms, will likely to debut to around $15 million from 3,382 theaters, slotting into third place.

The fourth frame of "Solo: A Star Wars Story" will battle it out for fourth place with the fifth weekend of "Deadpool 2", each forecasted to bring in around $9 million.

Sony's "Superfly" remake has earned $5.865 million from 2,220 North American locations since its Wednesday premiere, including $1.87 million on Friday. Playing in 503 locations, the long-delayed film which boasts a 0 percent rating on Rotten Tomatoes, took in $1.7 million.
