Meghan Markle has compared pregnancy to jet lag during a conversation during her and Prince Harry's royal tour of Australia.

After unveiling the new memorial for ANZAC Saturday morning, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex headed to Cockatoo Island to the Jaguar Land Rover Driving Challenge.

During a meeting with the governor-general, Peter Cosgrove, and Lady Cosgrove in Sydney on Monday, Harry and Meghan were given their first baby gifts: a little pair of baby sheepskin booties and a stuffed animal kangaroo with a joey.

"Each and every one of us will experience poor mental health - it doesn't discriminate", he reportedly said to the gathered crowd.

Harry, wearing khaki pants and blue shirt, with Meghan in an ankle-length striped dress, kicked off their shoes to sit with members of community group OneWave, which tackles mental health issues using "saltwater therapy, surfing and fluro".

The duchess then went on to say how marvelled she is at the work the teens are doing, writes Mirror.

After giving his opening ceremony speech, Harry rejoined his wife in the audience, where the Duchess of Sussex was photographed lovingly holding on to her husband during the remainder of the event.

"Yoga is my thing", Meghan said in an interview with Best Health Magazine.

The Duchess of Sussex woke up at 4.30am to do yoga and told a group at Bondi Beach it was "so good for healing your mind". With this taken into consideration, we can only imagine what embarrassing japes he's got up his sleeve to mortify his family with once the baby's out.
