Google's 'Year in Search 2018' reveals the top Canadian search trends

The search-engine giant announced the results of its 2018 Year in Search on Wednesday to reveal the year's major moments and top trends based on what South Africans were searching for. However, having been modelled on the English Buggery Act of 1553, the provision has been understood to penalise sodomy and any form of sexual activity which would not ordinarily result in procreation. "We also searched for how to be a good citizen, how to be a good friend, and how to be a good dancer". While the lists include topics from many fields of endeavor, music-related searches were especially popular this year.

The top trending search query overall in the United Kingdom was the World Cup, in a year in which many England fans hoped the trophy would finally come home.

The ceremony that brought her into said Royal Family, the Royal Wedding, takes third place. The company also mentioned that "How to.' and "What is.' are among the most interesting searches". You can also sort 2018's search trends by country. While these always reflect the state of the world over the course of the year, in this case the list of trending searches range from joyful to very, very sad - we've had a rollercoaster of a year.

And when "Black Panther" hit theaters in January, .it was a smash hit right off the bat, .as it starred the first black lead in a superhero movie in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
